  2. Area of Application: Conveyorized Floor Automation for Hub Assembly Line Set up
  3. Line Description: The line is specially desigined for the manufacturing of the hubs, which are key components of a vehicles wheel system. The line consist of below mentioned various workstations where various components of the Hub assembly are assembled and tested before they are installed onto a vehicle. This line is specially designed as semi automatic considering customer requirement of cycle time, space availability and production volume. Main objective of the line is assembly of Hub.

    2. Cross Transfers for Empty pallet returns
    3. Servo press station for Hub Bolt Pressing

    5. Pole wheel heating and pressing station
    6. Pick to Light system
    7. Hub Greasing station
    8. Jib Boom and tackles for component location
